Welded Steel Pipe

A pipe is a tubular section or hollow cylinder primarily used to transport substances that can flow, usually liquids and gases (fluids). Pipes are used to transporting liquids,  Generally divided into seamless pipes and welded pipes. Welded pipe, sometimes called ERW (resistance welded), is made by forming a flat piece of steel into a circle and welding the edges together. Seamless pipe is made by drawing a solid piece of steel over a mandrel to form a solid pipe with no welds.

At Fusion, we are a trusted supplier of welded steel pipes. Our welded pipes are manufactured using the Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) process, which involves the continuous welding of steel coils to create a strong and durable pipe. This process creates a seam in the pipe, but this does not compromise the strength or performance of the pipe. Our welded pipes are available in a range of sizes and can meet the National Pipe Straight (NPS) standard.

Our welded steel pipes are suitable for a wide range of applications and industries, including automotive, oil and gas, petrochemical, mechanical, construction, and more. They are commonly used in the manufacturing of boilers, automotive parts, industrial components, water and gas pipes, drilling machinery, scaffolding materials, and other applications.

In addition to our standard welded pipes, we also offer value-added services such as fusion bond epoxy and galvanizing to protect the pipes from harsh working environments and extend their lifespan. Our pipes are made from high-quality materials and meet or exceed industry standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, UNS, SB, DIN, and JIS.

At Fusion, we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality welded steel pipes, exceptional customer service, and competitive prices. Contact us today to request a quote for your next project.
