Threaded Flange

Threaded pipe flanges are similar to slip-on pipe flanges in that they are used to connect pipes, but the bore of threaded pipe flanges has tapered threads. They are designed to be used with pipes that have external threads, and the advantage of using threaded pipe flanges is that they can be attached without welding. They are commonly used in situations where there are high-pressure requirements and small-diameter pipes.

Threaded pipe flanges are usually provided with a raised face, flat face, or RTJ facing. If a raised face is required for threaded pipe flanges, the standard height is 1/16″ for threaded pipe flanges under 400#. For threaded pipe flanges of 400# and above, the standard raised face height is 1/4″.

Fusion produces threaded pipe flanges in all steel material grades, including carbon, stainless steel, and alloy threaded pipe flanges. Additionally, Fusion has a wide variety of threaded pipe flanges in stock and ready to ship.
